Annual Franchise Conference

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah– Zerorez Franchising Systems held its 13th annual franchise conference in Salt Lake City, Utah on March 2-4. The conference featured several breakout sessions, presentations, an award banquet, and the first ever company ski day. The conference was well attended, and franchisees felt they were given new tools and resources to take with them and apply toward their own franchise locations. The final presentation of the conference was made by Shawn Moon, Executive Vice President of Franklin Covey, who is also a member of the ZEROREZ®  Board of Directors. He presented on the topic of “The Zerorez®  Way: Creating and Reinforcing a Winning Culture.”

“This year’s conference included 80 attendees– the highest in ZEROREZ® history!” Said Brian Dixon, Marketing Director for the commercial cleaning franchise. “We don’t know if it had anything to do with the skiing, but those in attendance included franchise owners, key staff members, and representatives from our valued vendor partners.”

Richard Arnold, Chief Operating Officer of Zerorez Franchising Systems, said, “The continued success and expansion of our brand is a result of our comprehensive cleaning process and technology, but the progress we are making throughout the nation is attributed to the dedication and hard work of our franchise owners and employees across the county.”

The carpet cleaning services franchise conference agenda also featured a meeting of the Franchise Association where annual business was conducted including a financial review, election of a new officer, and gathering of feedback for the corporate team. The business portion of the conference featured updates to corporate policies, a review of the brand’s growth and development, and a session focused solely on customer satisfaction presented by our customer satisfaction measurement partner, Listen360.

Franchise owners divided into franchisee panels on day two, to share experiences and discuss topics ranging from call center effectiveness, recruiting, retention, marketing, and growth strategies.

“These are great opportunities to get our franchise system together,” said Anold, “Our owners love the opportunity to interact, share best practices, and develop the continuing strength that has led to significant ZEROREZ® progress over the years.”
